General Terms & Website Use

This website is operated by DJR Authentication. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DJR Authentication. By accessing this website or purchasing any service or digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, services, reports, or content without express written permission from DJR Authentication.

All prices, services, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Information provided on this website, including blog content, articles, and educational materials, is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional evaluation or formal services.

Use of Images, Trademarks & Representative Examples

Images, names, trademarks, and visual representations displayed on this website—including those used in blog posts, banner images, featured items, educational materials, and marketing content—are presented solely to illustrate categories of items evaluated or discussed by DJR Authentication.

DJR Authentication is an independent appraisal, authentication, and consulting service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any brands, manufacturers, estates, individuals, or institutions depicted unless expressly stated in writing.

Appraisal, Authentication & Consulting Services

DJR Authentication provides professional appraisal, authentication, and consulting services based on expert analysis, market research, and visible evidence. Fees are based on time, complexity, and scope. Timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request.

All evaluations are based solely on the photographs and written details provided unless an in-person examination is conducted. DJR Authentication is not responsible for missing, unclear, or incomplete information submitted by the client.

Appraisal reports, authentication opinions, and consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of DJR Authentication. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use these documents solely for their intended purpose.

In-person appointments require advance payment or deposit to reserve time. Additional fees may apply depending on scope and must be paid prior to delivery of any written report.

DJR Authentication’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We do not guarantee resale value, future market performance, third-party acceptance, or outcomes beyond what is explicitly stated in the written report.

All services, reports, and opinions reflect professional judgment based on available information at the time of review and are not guarantees of accuracy, authenticity, attribution, or future market outcome.

Expert Guides, Digital Content & Educational Materials

DJR Expert Guides and all digital publications are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are designed to deliver professional methodology, risk awareness, and decision-support insight.

Digital guides do not constitute a formal appraisal, authentication, valuation, or professional opinion, and purchase of a guide does not establish a client relationship with DJR Authentication or David J. Rose II.

For official documentation regarding authenticity, value, insurance, estate planning, resale, or legal matters, a formal DJR service must be purchased separately.

All guide content, authentication frameworks, valuation methodologies, and written materials are the intellectual property of DJR Authentication and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

DJR Authentication is not responsible for financial decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of educational materials.

Payments, Privacy & Legal Provisions

All services must be paid in full prior to work beginning. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. DJR Authentication does not store or retain full credit card information.

Client information, images, and documentation are kept confidential and used only for the requested services. From time to time, item images may be referenced for educational or marketing purposes without identifying personal information, unless confidentiality is specifically requested and agreed to in writing.

Submitted materials and communications may be transmitted through or temporarily stored within secure third-party service providers as part of normal business operations. These may include website platforms, payment processors, email systems, cloud storage, image processing tools, research databases, or other operational technologies. DJR Authentication does not control the independent security, backup, storage, or retention policies of these third-party providers and cannot guarantee deletion from external systems or archived backups.

DJR Authentication may utilize advanced research tools, databases, analytical software, and technology-assisted research methods as part of the evaluation process. All conclusions represent professional judgment based on available information at the time of review.

Reports and opinions are prepared solely for the use of the commissioning client. Third-party reliance, redistribution, or use for litigation, financial underwriting, or other external decision-making purposes is not authorized without prior written consent from DJR Authentication.

Reports and deliverables are provided digitally or physically upon completion. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing delivered materials. DJR Authentication may not retain copies indefinitely. Requests for replacement copies, updates, or reissuance may require a new service order or administrative fee.

In-person appointments require advance payment or deposit to reserve time. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits.

DJR Authentication shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or system outages, third-party service interruptions, platform failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJR Authentication’s total liability arising from any service, report, consultation, or digital product is limited to the amount paid for that service or product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
