DJR Vault & Digital Product Policies

This page outlines the policies governing physical collectibles sold through the DJR Vault and digital products sold through the DJR Expert Guide Library. Each section applies only to the product type specified.

Physical Items — DJR Vault

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing.

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price, and tracking information is provided automatically once the order ships.

Once a package is transferred to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, DJR Vault is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or misrouted packages

  • Mishandling or transit damage

All shipping-related claims must be filed through the carrier’s insurance process. DJR Vault will provide supporting documentation when required.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by destination. DJR Vault reserves the right to cancel orders to high-risk destinations. Insurance is included where supported by the carrier.

Return Policy (Physical Items)

Returns are accepted only if an item is materially not as described.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received, including all original documentation and packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be materially not as described

  • Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved

  • Return shipping insurance is strongly recommended

Authenticity Guarantee

All DJR Vault items are authenticated by:

  • David J. Rose II — DJR Authentication, and/or

  • Established third-party experts (including PSA, JSA, Beckett, Tristar, Steiner, Fanatics, or equivalent services)

Each listing clearly states the documentation provided (DJR Certificate of Authenticity, third-party certification, or both). DJR Vault guarantees authenticity exactly as described in the listing.

Digital Downloads — DJR Expert Guide Library

Digital Download Policy

  • All Expert Guides are delivered instantly after checkout.

  • All digital sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Download links remain active for 7 days after purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for saving and backing up their files.

  • If necessary, DJR may resend files manually upon request.

Satisfaction Guarantee (Important Clarification)

Because all guides are provided as instant digital downloads, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered. Satisfaction refers to the quality, clarity, and completeness of the professional guidance provided, not to outcomes, resale results, or personal expectations.

If you believe a guide does not reasonably reflect its stated scope or purpose, you may contact DJR for review. While refunds are not issued, reasonable concerns regarding access or content integrity will be addressed when appropriate.
